Purple Brussels Sprouts

Purple Brussels Sprouts may be prepared the same way as green brussels sprouts. They’ve got a sweeter flavor, are high in fiber and contain more Vitamin C than an orange! Their purple hue provides antioxidants and retains their color when cooked.
